Talk of the New Clarksville Marina has many asking questions. The price tag ...... What is the actual cost going to be to the tax payers of Clarksville Montgomery County.  Don't get me wrong... With Halloween fast approaching comes a warning to parents and children regarding Sherwood brand Pirate's Gold milk chocolate coins imported from China. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is warning the public not to eat, distribute or sell the candy.

I have had this service for the past 60 days and I'm not 100% satisfied with the service.  Since day 1, I have had issues with no sound, garbled picture and freezing of the picture. I have called in many trouble tickets and can't seen to get this resolved.  The Amino system is not user friendly. The City of Clarksville approves authorization of eminent domain for the property owned by the Clarksville Jaycees. It has been said for a period of time that the City of Clarksville wants this property for condos to go along with the new Clarksville marina project. Now that the US Corps of Engineers has said that the City of Clarksville must own all property needed for the project prior to being issueda permit, they have made plans toward condemning the Clarksville Jaycees building. In doing so, The city Finance and Administration Committee approves eminent domain to acquire property from the Clarksville Jaycees so they can proceed with plans for the marina. Now... as you look at the chart; you will see house payment due July 1st: This means when you make that payment then you are paying the interest for June in that payment. The lender will collect upfront at closing the 16 days of interest in May because that was no included in your house payment... meaning you are paying 16 days of pre-paid interest.

This will be a $20 increase to the current Wheel Tax of $30.50 we are currently paying on top of the mormal Registration fee. The fee to renew a passenger vehicle plate is $54.50 for walk-in customers.
