With the Middle Tennessee Flooding - Appraisers MUST re-inspect before closing.
If you are waiting to close on a recent Real Estate Sale, Underwriters are requiring the Appraiser to go back out and inspect the home to ensure there is no flood damage. Many homes in Middle Tennessee are flooded and of course these are not likely to close any time soon while other homes not flooded still require the inspection.
