There are a couple area in Clarksville that drivers need to pay close attention to the speed limit as the Clarksville Police Department will be happy to take money from your wallet. Two hot areas for Clarksville Speed Traps are:
First is Trenton Rd at Tiny Town Rd. As you Exit from I-24 the speed limit is ONLY  30 MHP and as you cross the bridge, the radar is upon you before you realise it.  The Clarksville Police Department sits multiple cars deep at the Walgreens just waiting for you to top the bridge.

I just received an e-mail from Google and it said that I just won !
What did I win ?  Probably nothing at all.  But according to the e-mail the Google 11th Anniversary Award Centre in the United Kingdon has informed me that I won an Award of One million Five Hundred Thousand Pounds (GBP1,500,000) in the Google 11 Years Anniversary Awards as organized by the Anniversary Centre of Google Inc., held on Sep 21st, 2009 in London, United Kingdom.

If you recall the senate passed HR5872 and HR5981. This allows FHA to increase annual MIP while they decrease financed PMI.

Today will be a half day of school while the first full day will be on Tuesday August 10, 2010.
