Ok, this sounds funny but the first thing that came to my mind was People watching.  You can go anywhere on the strip or downtown and just watch the people go by.  It's quite entertaining and it's free.
One of my most favorite places is the water show at the Bellagio.  It you call they will give you their hours of operation. Also, inside the Bellagio is the atrium which is decorated diifferently on a monthly basis.  Look up when you're in the lobby area.  Imported glass flowers will amaze you.

Real Estate is a humbling experience if you think about it.  Right?  I mean we work to find people what they are looking for.  Sometimes we find them that "perfect" home and something comes along to destroy their plans----- only for something better to come along and work out for them. 
I have to say I really don't care for the waiting for an answer back from the listing agent.  A day is ok much longer I get impatient and my clients start getting nervous.  I know it's part of the process but it's difficult to hang in there sometimes..

Of course Las Vegas is in trouble.  We have been for awhile.  How did any of us really think that prices could double and in price and remind forever?  How could we phat hum that the loans we were given were too good to be true?  We were in a whole different situation than rest of the country. 
Yes, people are losing their jobs, cars, homes and probably most everything they own.  Yes, families are sleeping in their cars.  Yes, that is disgusting.  I've been seeing this happen for years now, but the surprising part is it is hitting all facits of … (0 comments)

I know my Dad always said "Penny, Vegas wasn't built on winners"  and yes that is absolutely right.  I'm talking about winning a great property right now.  This market is so wonderful and full of Las Vegas winning homes.  You can't go wrong.  Yes, you may have to put in new carpet, paint a few walls here and there. Clean up the front and back yards but after that you're ready to move in. 
Buyers who are in the 300k-Million dollar price range are really getting the deals.  Homes that were once millions are selling at record bottom prices.  These  Vegas … (0 comments)

Let's see SUNSHINE,, SUNSHINE and more SUNSHINE.  It's now spring and spring is in the air.  Currently the streets are a little less congested because it's Spring break.  I'm not sure where everyone left to vacation perhaps many of them are just staying at home enjoying being home.  Las Vegas is situated in such a wonderful area of the United States,  You can travel four hours and you'll be at the Beach in California or you can head toward Utah for a quick get away, it's only a few hours away.  I always tell my clients Las Vegas is a great place … (0 comments)

How many of us Real Estate agents need to remind ourselves to breathe?  Not to take ourselves so seriously.  I don't know about the rest of the agents out there but what I can tell you is my office is so much fun.  We are all very professional and work very long hours promoting our business and working for our clients.  It sometimes gets to the point of just plain silliness.,it has to be.. If not we would all be on the streets homeless or in the psych ward.

What would you do? What should I do? - 04/06/09 07:10 PM
I am so serious about this question that I really need other agents opinions.  I have been in the Real Estate market for about 10 years now and I run across other agents doing things unethically and I have NEVER  turned them into the division because usually I feel they don't really know better.  Even though most of the time most of them do they just don't care or know that what they're doing isn't that unethical so no one will report or complain.  I give them the benefit of the doubt.
