The recent news of dramatic foreclosure increases was bad news...but this article from CNNMoney.com seems to put things into perspective. WOW! According to this report, foreclosures are WAY up! "RealtyTrac is reporting that May foreclosures are up 90% over the same month last year. California is up 350% over the same month last year."
