litigation: More Frivolous Lawsuits...or is this one Legit? - 10/03/07 02:32 PM
I have posted a few blogs about patently frivolous lawsuits and received some entertaining feedback (the most recent here: http://activerain.com/blogsview/215059/Frivolous-Lawsuits-now-Edwards).  Some lawsuits which sound frivolous probably have merit, and others that might have merit in reality might be frivolous.  How do you really know?
