We just reduced the price on the NorCal I-5 Shell gas station located at the Outlets Center in Anderson, CA to $3,500,000. This station, which was built in 1996, is one of the most profitable gas stations in Northern California due to its key location on I 5 as you travel north and south from Sacramento into Oregon.
