I will be joining Aaron Williams of the Record Searchlight (formerly Sports Editor) on Fox Sports Radio in Redding, CA to broadcast the high school "Game of the Week". It all starts next week, and I will be doing the "color" portion of the broadcast, which is pretty much everything other than the play calling, which Aaron will do. Last week we had a great game between Enterprise HS of Redding and Paradise HS of Paradise, Ca, near Chico. It came down to the final minute: Enterprise won, and Paradise disputed the victory. Just today, the Record Searchlight gave us the background to the appeal and the final decision, and here it is. Well done. The ruling off the field stands as well: Enterprise High School is the 2009 Northern Section Division I football champions.
