Every week as i sit down at my local Kiwanis Club or meet people during the day I can almost predict the first words of their conversation.  It's a really tough market right now.  There sure are a lot of homes not selling.  It's sure tought to be a Realtor. So on and so on and so on and so.....

It seems to me that many Realtors have forgotten what hard work and hustle is all about. It's true that we are always trying to work smarter and not harder, but in a buyer's market the business ins't necessarily looking for you.  Sometimes you have to go out and look for them.
Sellers want to know that you are going to be actively and agressively marketing their property.  Buyers want to know that your goign to work hard to find the house that perfect for them as well as make your schedule flexible to meet their busy lives.  Everybody wants to know … (4 comments)
