I took a call from a guy at the end of the month a while back who was very interested in hiring me to do a short sale for him.  I've done a lot of short sales and while sometimes I keep wondering WHY I do short sales (the aggrivation and work is unbelieveable sometimes!), I decided to take on this one as well. 
It was a seller located out of the country as he'd already moved overseas with his job.  It took an inordinate amount of time to get the listing paperwork in order and emailed back to me but finally after … (3 comments)

We were eating at Red Robin in Katy a few days ago (and might I say it was a delicious burger and unlimited fries!) and my daughter, who just recently turned 4, was so excited to see Lady Liberty.
 

 
I don't think she realizes how big the REAL Lady Liberty is but she had fun none the less!
