What a STIMULATING week it has been! Last Saturday morning I received a call from WELE Radio 1380 AM requesting that I be a guest on the Homes and Loans Real Estate Show. They had seen my Open House Announcement on the MLS Bulletin Board for my Golf Course Listing in LPGA and thought it would be a good idea to do a live interview from the home as part of their market update. I have been making a concerted effort to hold open houses at my listings as often as possible. Recent traffic has been much higher and has provided opportunities to meet new buyers and sellers. Despite all of my marketing efforts on websites, virtual tours, blogging, and networking events, the majority of my leads simply walk through the front door. I am not suggesting that anyone STOP marketing on the web, but rather that "opening the door" to new prospects may be as simple as Opening the Door at your listings.
