Way before cell phones became a common and needed piece of apparell.  I was gifted a car phone. I renamed it my bag phone.  It was a cool thing to have back in 1991.  Just plug it into your cigarette lighter(accessory jack, today) or have the complete mobility with the internal battery, which by the way was 90% of the bag.  
It was a cool thing to have? I have a car phone....  As a Realtor, I looked important.  Lawyers had them so should we.  We need them to stay "in touch".  Problem was, who was I going to call? … (6 comments)

Took a drive today on the roads less traveled. - 11/11/11 06:28 PM
Took a drive today to show a property on the outskirts of civilization.

Around every corner was a crossroad not clearly definined on any map but what the heck its a nice day.
Lets go right, going right always leads somewhere.


Arriving at the property this tree on the side yard caught my eye.   A swing was swaying in the breeze as if someone was swinging on it taking in the serene views.  If trees could talk we'd be in OZ!

Listening to people struggling with short sale negotiating is painful. Yet they feel Twitter is just a passing fad.  It's not all about Ashton and Demi.  Kudos to BOA.

Few words are need to get the idea. A noreaster makes a snowtober attack on New England.
    
Nice a peaceful setting around the fire turns white within minutes . 

The next morning things looked a bit on the over kill. And being one of 2,000,000 people without power for several days I'm thankful to my wife for supplying the morning coffee before starting the genrator.

(wasn't bad being last nights remains!)
