Open houses are like drunken spouses. Well in an abstract way. Hosting an open house is an essential avenue for more than potentially selling the property your at. Few often buy that property. Most importantly is to meet potential home buyers. Some that attended do want to buy.....eventually! Now for the drunken spouse part. When meeting a customer at an open house sometimes the "guest" will start saying things about the property that doesn't make sense.
