The availability of homes for sale in New Hampshire is shrinking. An average balenced market will reflect a 6-7 month supply of homes for sale. Above 7 it turns to a buyers market. Below 6 and it begins to shift to a sellers market. Currently, statewide shows a 9.2 month supply of homes for sale. By county, using southcentral New Hampshire--Hillsborough, Rockingham and Merrimack county the numbers range. Rockignham county has a 6.4 month supply of homes.
