Here it is February ALREADY and how is it going for you???  I got through the big tax day and now I am ready for SPRING.  I have not been on active rain in such a long time because I got back into listing FORECLOSURES.  Everyone knows that word these days.  I have also been showing property, lots of  property and that is a good sign.
