  This article just came out in the Daytona News Journal.  I am glad to see that the media is finally starting to properly report market statistics instead of fear mongering on our current real estate conditions.  The reality is that this part of Florida, although hit hard by the recent downturn in the real estate market...is still a little gem of paradise and a great place to live.  Afterall...who want's to be sitting in Ohio, Illinois, New York, New Jersey or any other freezing cold state in the winter?

I am currently writing this post from  Microsoft Live Writer...shhh!!!  Do not tell the DH...he thinks that Microsoft is an evil doer :-)    It is the first time I have used the software and thought I would take it for a spin.  It seems to be getting very good reviews from other bloggers...plus did I mention...

Gotcha!!!  Probably not the post you were expecting...but this is just too cute I had to share.
I just sold a bank owned property in a Palm Coast neighborhood called "Cypress Knoll".  What a great deal by the way...in case anyone is interested in bank owned properties in Flagler County...I have the list to all the great deals...~shamelss plug~ ;-)
