Palm Coast and Flagler County, Florida has had 119 home sales in August, 2010. Only 2 of the homes sold in August 2010 were over $500K.  Here are the top 3 most expensive Palm Coast Home sales for the Month of August.
What I would like to point out, is the low sales prices for what is considered luxury homes in Palm Coast. These were the three highest priced homes sold this month.
