I just read this posting in bizjournals.com. Hang onto your hats...Flagler County is going to explode with growth again. Growth creates jobs and with a 7.8% unemployment rate...we need that pronto. When designing Palm Coast in 1969, ITT development group put in a unique 23 mile navigable Saltwater Canal system with access to the Intracoastal Waterway. I was out previewing properties for one of my favorite customers last week and had the great fortune of experiencing the Yacht Harbor Village again, now that it is complete. I had sold several pre-construction lots and condos within this community back in 2004. It was great to now revisit (12 comments)

I remember when I first moved to Palm Coast, Florida in the year 2000, the population was around 20,000 people and most of those were retirees. Much has changed in the last 8 years and it looks like we are posed for some more great changes in the future.
