Geez I appreciate my clients!
I appreciate my clients; my sellers, my buyers. I will work hard for them to accomplish their goals. I have worked with many more buyers than sellers. That’s fine for me. Buying a home is fun. Viewing all the homes available; helping them find the right lender, the right loan; finding the “one.” The one home they fall in love with.
All for “free” to the buyer; and I clearly explain how that works; the excitement when we find just the right match.

There are many bargains on the market. Most often these bargains need some “fixin'.” Many investors are helping the Denver, Co real estate market.
They purchase homes that need a lot of fix up. They invest the money to purchase the property, the future home, and place it back on the market.
This helps in many ways.
First, when they sell, they sell at a good price, one that helps other sellers by providing better comparables. Others considering selling their home in the neighborhood, are helped by having higher sold comparables.
