We just received a letter from a loan officer in the Renovation Lending Group at Bank of America Home Loans (they were Countrywide Home Loans until yesterday). He wanted to remind us that they are anxious to provide financing for lender owned foreclosures including those that need repairs or renovation.

She identified the major marketing obstacles as those that occur when property repairs are needed or recommended and the lender owners do not want to make the needed improvements.
