FAQ: How will the appraiser gain access to a Maryland trustee sale property? - 05/31/12 01:25 PM
How will the appraiser gain access to a Maryland trustee sale property? In normal real estate transactions, appraisers make appointments to view the exterior and the interior of the property so their report can be submitted to the mortgage lender. When the buyer is purchasing a trustee sale property, access is not available to the appraiser until after the buyer takes title and gains possession of the property. Purchasers that plan to use mortgage financing to fund the purchase at settlement should be certain that their lender will not have a problem when the appraiser is not allowed on the property. Gaithersburg Police Department Launches 2012 “Click It or Ticket”To Help Save LivesEjection from the vehicle is one of the most serious events that can occur during a vehicle crash. Of those people ejected from a vehicle, 75 percent are killed as a result of the ejection. Photowalking Snapshot: A Great Blue Heron - 05/01/12 05:45 PM
Photowalking Snapshot: A Great Blue Heron I always recommend having a camera in hand to capture the special moments when you are out an about in your community and your travels. One of my regular walking routes is through the Kentlands and Lakelands communities in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Main Street in Lakelands borders on a couple of lakes that attract wildlife. A Great Blue Heron was looking for a meal in Lakelands when I got this shot with my telephoto lens at the maximum.

Best Weather For Photowalking Most of us can use some exercise regardless of the weather. Last night, I changed the cover photograph on my Facebook timeline. And, I used a photograph that was taken in the bright sunshine during a photowalk (26 comments)
