Northern Colorado Real Estate results for the first 6-months of 2010 - 07/22/10 02:17 PM
The first half of 2010 is complete and the government stimulus money had an impact of the local housing market.
 In Loveland, the existing home market year to date jumped 24% (slowing a little bit from last month) over last year. Fort Collins rose 29% and Windsor's increase slowed to 2% Greeley/Evans year to date is up 8% year to date.  Every area saw improvement but will it hold? That is the million dollar question.
Prices...yes they are up as well. Loveland saw the median price increase 6%, Ft Collins up 2%, Greeley/Evans up 8%, and finally Windsor up 13%. Someone … (2 comments)
