I met with a new client the other day.... it was a referral from a past client.  He is retired and recently widowed.  At this meeting he told me that he was not in a big hurry to purchase, he has specific needs, wants and desires and that he would take his time to find the right place for his "new" life.  He also wants to lease his current home, once the new home is purchased.... 

He asked that I send him the current market infomation for leases on his home and this was sent quickly.   I saw this client at an event last night and he told me that he is now ready to move on...however, he still wants to take his time...

I want to be aggressive for him, and respectful at the same time... I think I will continue to send new home options to him and let him decide how fast he wants to drive.
