We live in an age where people look for quick solutions. We desire our food quickly, so there is a fast food restaurant on every corner. We desire our results quickly, so we seek out places or people that will give us results the fastest way possible.

It is hard to believe, but we are in the middle of the 2nd quarter of 2012 already. This year is rushing by a bit too quickly!  The first quarter has been great: First quarter home sales (closings) were the highest for the period in five years. And the boost in first quarter contract signings indicates second quarter sales could be just as good. So 2012 is truly showing improvement. Make sure you pass that positive news along to your clients. We all know that the media certainly is not doing that for us!  With rates hovering at a 60yr … (2 comments)
