Open House, buy 1/2 Duplex or both sides - 04/24/09 03:52 PM
I don't normally like to do open houses but am going to incorporate it into my business plan this year due to the success that many of the other Realtors in my office are having with them.
So, tomorrow morning, I will set out my Open House directional signs, put the Open House sign in front of the duplex (with flags) that my seller split into Condos. I will be handing out invitations to the neighbors and surrounding neighborhoods.  I have new flyers, my IBS, my buyer's rep forms, contract sample and information about the $8,000 tax credit.  If you are in Georgetown, Tx from 1 to … (0 comments)
