According to Kiplinger's Personal Finance article, Austin-Round Rock was honored with 6th place of best places to live . They said the economy was strong and vivacious. They also stated that because of the type of people/workers we have in the area, it lent to the area's livability and creative energy.
As a Realtor who works both areas, especially Round Rock, it was no surprise to me that Kiplinger chose this area. With such great things to do like our beautiful Dell Diamond - baseball anyone? Which was voted among the best in the Minor leagues. A trail system second to none … (0 comments)

Halleluhah, we are getting another elementary school #30 in Round Rock, Tx. It will be located in the exciting, golf course community of Teravista. This school is scheduled to open in 2008 and will host approximately 650 students. This community is rated really high and the location is divine. Located between IH 35 and the new toll road 130, close to the new Scott & White Hospital, the Outlet Malls, new hospital Seton/Round Rock, Texas State community center/college and more. If you like Tex-Mex food, the best place in the state of Texas is Rio Grande on North Mays in Round Rock, Tx Want fajitas - ole' they have chicken and beef that is so tender, you can cut it with a fork. The Guacamole is to die for. My favorite is Las Blancas, one cheese and one chicken enchiladas w/a white sour cream, cheesy sauce. Oh baby. Anyone going on vacation this year? Stop by Round Rock, Tx near Austin, Tx. Take in a ballgame at the Dell Diamond you might even see Nolan Ryan. We now have Outlet Malls w/some great stores and restaurants. Want to see the actual Round Rock? Yes, there actually is a round rock in the middle of Brushy Creek which happens to be part of the old Chisholm Trail. Really cool to see the actual wagon wheel tracks that are etched into the rock!!
