I want my Tax Credit too!
It seems the lawmakers are discussing extending the tax credit into 2010 and offering a $6500 credit to "homeowners that have lived in their house 5 of the last 8 years." I am still trying to figure out where that came from, but I will take it!
Bail me out too! Unfortunately, somewhere down the line someone (me, you and our children probably) will have to make this mystery money up, but for now it seems like everyone may get a piece of fiscal pie.

It doesn't matter if you are "just looking," "learning the market," "getting educated," or "not sure what we want to do," go ahead and call your agent! And if you don't have a Buyer's agent- GET ONE! You have nothing to lose except your representation! Please don't call the listing agent-they work for the seller!
Save your agent some time and heartache and go ahead and call! I promise, we don't mind "being bothered!"
