&lt;p&gt;First let me point out that "boutique" does not necessarily mean expensive. &amp;nbsp;In some cases it does, but not at &lt;strong&gt;Shoefly&lt;/strong&gt;. &amp;nbsp;There is a price point for every shopper (especially when the flip flops are in during the summer). &amp;nbsp;The owners and employees are friendly and enjoy getting to know the customers on a personal level. &amp;nbsp;Something you don't always find at a large department store.&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>I want my Tax Credit too!</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I want my Tax Credit too&lt;/strong&gt;!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It seems the lawmakers are discussing extending the tax credit into 2010 and offering a $6500 credit to "homeowners that have lived in their house 5 of the last 8 years." &amp;nbsp;I am still trying to figure out where that came from, but I will take it!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bail me out too&lt;/strong&gt;! &amp;nbsp;Unfortunately, somewhere down the line someone (me, you and our children probably) will have to make this mystery money up, but for now it seems like everyone may get a piece of fiscal pie.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Has the tax credit really spurred the real estate market? &amp;nbsp;I think it has helped get some buyers off the fence and moved some inventory in the middle to lower price range, but it certainly hasn't solved the "problem." &amp;nbsp;Time and reality will have to kick in to ultimately fix the issues at hand. &amp;nbsp;Just what we need-a dose of responsible reality for everyone.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I do like the idea of reducing the credit if extended. &amp;nbsp;Save some face and don't make those buyers that thought they took advantage of it while it was available angry! &amp;nbsp;But wait! &amp;nbsp;What about the other buyers who have spurred the housing market in 2009 but didn't qualify for the &lt;a href="http://www.irs.gov/newsroom/article/0,,id=204671,00.html" target="_blank"&gt;first time home buyer tax credit&lt;/a&gt;? &amp;nbsp;Now they don't get the $6500 either?!&lt;/p&gt;
