I've got a great house in Mtn. Brook that just won't sell! We've reduced it to the bone and I am truly amazed it hasn't sold! It is great space on a large lot with updates and a new roof, new systems, and a great school system. We've even started trying to rent it now.
Who can explain why good houses don't sell sometimes?! I guess there is a Master plan out there that we don't always know about or understand!
