Raleigh Real Estate - The best decision I ever made.
One day I was sitting in my Real Estate office and cruising the MLS.
This has been part of my morning ritual since entering the Real Estate business. 
I search for all buyer clients.I search for great values.I search for expireds.While searching the MLS I came across a 1/1 condo 1 block off the beach for $85,000. The picture looked nice but I was nervous it just seemed too good to be true.

AR Recipes - Raleigh Real Estate - Apple Pie - 11/17/07 07:30 PM
Here is my infamous Apple Pie
Peel and Slice 10 small to medium apples. Mixed Granny Smith/Macintosh
1cup sugar/1cup flour/1cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons cinammon
mix dry ingredients together.
Pour dry mix on top of apples.
Pour apples into deep dish pie shell (frozen pie shell.
Take another thawed pie shell and place on top.
Slit four cuts in pie crust.
Put 4 dallops of butter in slits.
Cover with aluminum foil bake at 350 for 45 minutes
Then remove aluminum foil and bake at 425 for additional 15-30 minutes.

Calling all Mortgage Professionals - Opinions Needed Real Life issue in Real Time - 11/13/07 11:38 AM
A quick summary.
My sister/brother in law sold their investment property FSBO. The closing was to take place 11/5/2007.
There have been some delays.
1) Appraisel happened on 11/10
2) Contract needed to be revised for more Closing Costs.
3)Yesterday - Broker had Mortgage Insurance Issues
Yesterday my sister asks for my opinion and I provided her with a reputable lender who has saved my a** several times this past year.
I told her the buyer needs a second opinion.  Plus I wanted to know if this was a Hoop Dream.

Buyer Rebates offered by NC List for Less Realty
At the time of closing Buyers Agent will credit a portion of Buyer's Agent's commission to buyer.  This must be shown on the closing statement. This must be approved by the lender.
These rebates are from Agent to buyer. Buyer's Agency Agreement must be signed at this arrangement should be stated in the agreement.
If you buy a home using NC List for Less Realty to purchase your NC Real Estate than the following chart shows the amount to be rebated.
