Those that have noticed I have been missing on the rain for a few months - I owe an explanation.
In October of every year I write a business plan. This year I rewrote my business plan 3 times. In October, December and then again in Mid-January.
1st - round I was stable my plan was to bring 2 more agents on - lease a small office space - centrally located in Raleigh - and stay consistant with my marketing.

Raleigh Real Estate - 2x this week I have witnessed buyers remorse.
Buyer got a sweet deal on a townhome -- Buyer disapears and cancel's earnest money check.Buyer got a sweet deal on a home --- Before signing and executing buyer decided they were just not comfortable with the terms and house. Scenario # 1
