1st time home buyers: Real Estate Values Increase Seen in Darby Borough - 01/24/07 03:10 PM
I have been recently focussing my attention on Darby Borough, in Delaware County, PA. This community in Southeastern Pennsylvania has shown a strong improvement in real estate values over the past 5 years, and out paced the County's increase by nearly a 2-1 margin.

How does this help me, you might ask?
Well, when I see that the Median income is 60% of the Median home value, that tells me that there are alot of tennants who may not realize they can afford to buy instead of rent. That tells me I have some work to do...
