Dear fellow Rainers,

After 5 years of my loyal service, which has caused me to go bankrupt literally, MGM MIRAGE is threatening to ban me from CityCenter just a week before it opens (because of below vid and other issues).

My Mother and I have been under much anxiety and stress over the past 5 years as I dedicated my life to this project. I am in the top 10 in sales at CityCenter (and recently learned I will not even be receiving my final commissions). I file bankruptcy literally on Monday.

To threaten me over having freedom of speech on a public street seems pretty extreme does it not? The least we should be able to do is laugh at ourselves a bit. After 5 years of my service (and me losing everything), everyone needs to loosen up a bit. This is Vegas 2009, not Beverly Hills 1986.

There is much more to this story, including me being singled out for nearly everything I have said for the last several years (while others were allowed to misrepresent the product on their websites, show videos I was nto allowed to, post renderings I could not, etc.)

Please help me stand for Freedom.

My video should be filed under freedom of speech. Smut is real and so are lower prices (at CityCenter and almost all communities in America). Can't we at least laugh a bit?

Developer threatens to ban me unless I sacrifice my freedom of speech.

Attention to my tribe: a developer has threatened me with intimidation and telling me I can't have freedom (on public streets). If the developer bans me I'll be all over the national media and suing for tens of millions. I encourage everyone to say no to the factory.

This could mark the start of my political career. I'm an American. Are you? Then rise. The dumbing down of United States citizens is happening all over the country. However, for the first time in history, corporate America and its "safe" status quo are facing challenge from The People (as they learn their loyalty to the chairman is not getting them out of the hole).

With the leverage that the Internet offers us, more than ever, we The People hold the power. Join us in our quest to ensure Freedom prevails.

Design

• Spa guests will have easy access to Vdara Health & Beauty; the elevator will open directly into the spa reception area on the second level of the hotel. As guests enter, they will be welcomed by a two-story waterfall comprised of shimmering strings of beads that glisten as water cascades down them into the reflective pool below. Sapele wood floors with mink marble and river-stone floor accents will create a sleek and modern look throughout the space.

• Each level of the spa will express a distinct atmosphere laced with luxury. The first level will be a light, social space where patrons can mingle in the main reception lobby, enter the fitness center and salon, browse the spa boutique or enjoy a glass of bubbly at the Champagne Bar. The wellness spa on the second level will inspire a calm and soothing energy.

Wellness Spa

• Vdara Health & Beauty’s wellness spa will feature 11 private treatment rooms, men's and women's retreats, and serene lounges. As guests relax in their respective retreats, they will unwind with a selection of herbal teas and apothecary-infused water, and enjoy redwood saunas and eucalyptus steam rooms. Intimate lounges will feature inviting soaking tubs and dramatic circular waterfalls that spill over into the pools of water.

Crystals is World’s Largest LEED® Gold Certified Retail District

LAS VEGAS – October 22, 2009 – Crystals, the retail and entertainment district at CityCenter, has achieved LEED®† Gold Core & Shell certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), making it the world’s largest retail district to receive this level of recognition. Opening in December, CityCenter was created with a vision to introduce a new level of environmental consciousness to the world-famous Strip and has emerged as a leader in sustainable urban development. Crystals’ achievement marks the fourth LEED Gold certification for CityCenter; previous recipients included 1. ARIA Resort’s hotel tower, 2. ARIA’s convention center and theater, and 3. Vdara Hotel & Spa. CityCenter is poised to achieve a combination of LEED Gold and Silver ratings throughout its remaining hotels, residences, dining and public spaces.

Under the LEED for Core & Shell rating system, USGBC evaluated the entire district with the exception of the tenants’ interior spaces. LAS VEGAS – November 20, 2009 – Affirming its commitment to bring a new level of environmental consciousness to the Las Vegas Strip, CityCenter has earned its fifth and sixth LEED®† Gold ratings from the U.S. Green Building Council with the certification of Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas and Veer Towers. The accomplishment completes the certification process for all CityCenter components opening this December, and marks the highest LEED achievement by any hotel, retail district or residential development in Las Vegas. The 18-million-square-foot metropolis is one of the world’s largest sustainable communities.

“From its inception to design, development and construction, we had one single goal in mind for CityCenter: create a destination that is not only built in an environmentally sustainable manner, but also operates every day with an equal commitment to conserving natural resources,” said Bobby Baldwin, president and CEO, CityCenter. “As we approach CityCenter’s opening next month, now with six LEED Gold recognitions, we’re very close to sharing with the world a remarkable demonstration that a community can be both beautiful and sustainable.”

The Forest Stewardship Council-US (FSC-US®) recently honored CityCenter as the best commercial project of 2009 in the fifth annual Designing & Building with FSC Awards. Designing & Building with FSC Awards at USGBC’s GreenBuild ’09 Conference

LAS VEGAS – November 13, 2009 – The Forest Stewardship Council-US (FSC-US®) has honored CityCenter as the best commercial project of 2009 in the fifth annual Designing & Building with FSC Awards. The awards recognize entities that are committed to using sustainably harvested wood and creating a marketplace that promotes environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial and economically viable forest management. CityCenter’s dedication to the use of FSC-certified wood products is unprecedented in scale and resulted in a significant market transformation.

“We are honored to be recognized as this year’s top commercial project,” said Cindy Ortega, senior vice president of MGM MIRAGE’s Energy and Environmental Services. “Sustainability has been at the forefront of every design and construction decision for CityCenter, and due to our high demand for responsibly harvested FSC-certified wood, numerous local companies have transformed their business practices, thereby opening channels for future sustainable projects.”

Due to its size and buying power, construction of the 18-million-square-foot CityCenter development expanded the local and domestic FSC wood supply markets, which will serve to open channels to future projects interested in purchasing FSC-certified wood. Ten local wood suppliers received their FSC chain of custody certification to supply wood to CityCenter. Additionally, the development supported numerous FSC-certified companies, including:

• Seventeen wood mills
• Nineteen manufacturers and fabricators
• Fifty vendors
• Eight sub-contractors

"As far as a project that has driven the national demand for FSC chain of custody suppliers and products, CityCenter is it — and it deserves to be recognized for that," said Terry Campbell of Forest Products Solutions, in Portland, Ore., and a Designing & Building with FSC Awards jurist.

The FSC is an international non-profit organization established to promote responsible management, distribution and use of timber throughout the world. As the #1 Top Selling Agent in the World at The Harmon Hotel, Spa, and Residences at MGM MIRAGE CityCenter, how could I be happy that the luxury condominium and penthouse condo components were canceled? Firstly, it is humbling. Secondly, it shows how hard it is to build true residential high-rise condos on the Strip. Thirdly, nobody can ever beat my records in the building - even when I'm an old man!

12 black roses.

There will be 12 black roses handed out to 12 women (who do something good in the community) in Las Vegas. These roses were hand picked by Celebrity Real Estate Agent Aaron Auxier.

Aaron feels it is important to give women special gifts out of the blue, in order to recognize them for the smaller things in life (that many men overlook). Why black? Because as a true luminary who judges no man, woman, or child - Aaron feels the color black is just as much about love as the color red. It's all human perspective.

In preparation for its opening in December 2009, MGM MIRAGE CityCenter has begun testing lighting on its Gold LEED Certified ARIA Resort & Casino.

Other properties seen in this video are Mandarin Oriental, Veer Towers, The Harmon Hotel, The Crystals, and Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino (Cosmo is not part of CityCenter).
