      <title>DONUTS OR DEALS???</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Dear Real Estate Professionals,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If you prefer to get rate sheets and donuts, please stop reading this.&amp;nbsp; I only bring more closed deals.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As a locally established Realtor, you and I both share a common goal; which is to successfully close more deals. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Your success comes from finding the buyers and matching them with the right home. My success comes from being able to get &amp;quot;credit challenged&amp;quot; buyers into homes. Even credit scores in the 400&amp;#39;s are not turned away from this office. Frequently, you will encounter folks whose credit histories present a significant challenge, which unless overcome in a timely manner, results in no home for the client and zero commission for you!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As a successful residential mortgage broker, I am frankly dismayed at the number of&lt;br /&gt;&amp;quot;dreams&amp;quot; that are allowed to vanish into thin air simply because another loan officer,&lt;br /&gt;lacked the skills and the experience necessary to turn a &amp;quot;credit impaired&amp;quot;, first time home seeker, into a closed and funded buyer! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My success results from my ability to provide your buyers with the mortgage financing they need in order to enjoy their slice of the &amp;quot;American Dream&amp;quot;. I have built my business by securing mortgage financing for folks who have way less than &amp;quot;A&amp;quot; credit to a point where they even present a challenge with regard to their ability qualify for many sub-prime loans.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Most of my competitors would pull their Tri-Merge Credit Report and throw their hands up in dismay without making any serious attempt to find a program that will work for the prospective homebuyer. Shame on them, but great for me!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I invite you to bring my experience and expertise &amp;quot;in-house&amp;quot; for the benefit of all members of your team. The result will be more closed deals, more happy and satisfied clients, and an increase in referrals all at no cost to your office!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Other mortgage brokers and loan officers may well bring you the coffee, doughnuts and rate sheets, which are fine...&amp;nbsp; I love coffee too, but I can get more of your deals closed!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Best Regards,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Brad L.
