Fairs anyone?

Wow, what a week. Three fellow agents and myself set up a stand at the local Fair and we had a great response. We had a chance to meet and mingle with a lot of people both local and far away! It was a great time by all. We handed out yard sticks, pens, magnets, balloons and glow bracelets for the kids all with our contact info on of course. The kids loved the bracelets. We also had a prize giveaway. We raffled off a 20" TV with a built in DVD and 3 $25 gift certificates for local businesses. We had our lender there to do on the spot pre-approvals and to talk about the current loan programs. It was a great time and we received well over 40 leads. A lot of work, but worth it as we are starting to contact our leads! A great way to get your name out in front of a lot of people!

Hello Again!

Well, I wanted to give you some community info for you. If you are moving in the area and you have kids, you may be wondering how the schools around here match up with one another. There is a great site called www.schoolmatters.comthat will give you some info for you. Also if you live in the Fleetwood/Blandon area you may want to check out the Fleetwood School Disrticts website. This will give you a great idea on some of the schools involvement with the community and help you stay up to date on all of those school activites.

Another place you may want to check out is the community library. You will have to check out the story-time for the kiddies!

So I wanted to share a bit more with you on me, just so you have some idea as to who I am. I told you a bit about my children already so lets move on to my other half! My husband is a wonderful man who is not only a great partner but a wonderful husband too. He is very active in and around Fleetwood. Not only is he an assistant coach for the varsity boys soccer team and a head coach for the middle school girls basketball team, but he does many volunteer coaching positions as well. Our kids are very active in club soccer, YMCA soccer and T-Ball. If I am not out with clients showing houses or working on marketing materials for my listings, you can find me with the family. We love to go for bike rides and play games. I hope this gives you an idea of what I am like in person. I would love to hear your comments or questions, both personal or real estate related. I am excited about this new journey for me, I would love to have you along!

I earned my license in 2005 and haven't looked back yet. I enjoy helping people realize their home ownership dreams. I currently live in Maidencreek Township with my husband and three young children. My daughter will be attending 1st grade at Andrew Maier this year and will be turning 7 in September.
