      <title>Florida Market allows Realtors to make Commissions on Short Sales</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Our Headquarters are in Hollywood, Broward County, Fl (Fort Lauderdale). We specialize in Short Sale and Foreclosures of both residential and commercial properties. We currently have great lead sources and generate a steady stream of buyer and sellers. The right person must be motivated and willing to do whatever it takes to convert prospective clients into closed deals. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We have a unique foreclosure program that can pay a monthly recurring commission in additional to the sale commission.       <title>The Lenders are Lying in the Short Sale Process</title>

      <description>&lt;p align=&quot;center&quot;&gt;&lt;strong&gt;WHAT IS A &amp;quot;SHORT SALE&amp;quot;?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;First, let&amp;#39;s discuss some definitions:&amp;nbsp; a Short Sale is a negotiation where the mortgage amount you owe on your Home is &amp;quot;Shorted&amp;quot;.&amp;nbsp; When the property is sold the Lender agrees to receive less than what is owed to them.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Second, to begin a Short Sale the seller must have a &amp;quot;HARDSHIP&amp;quot;.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; A hardship may be late payments or an inability to pay the mortgage. However, a foreclosure is not the only reason for a hardship. A hardship may be due to divorce, death, loss of job, or for an illness.
