      <title>Great Mortgage News!</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;The Fed announced this a.m. that they will be buying $600 Billion in Mortgage Backed Securities from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginne Mae. Mortgage bonds are currently on a nice rally that should result in some great rate pricing today! They also announced that they will set up a $200 billion program to support consumer and small business loans.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Putting a slight damper on things, the Consumer Confidence report came out better than expected!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Just keep in mind we are in crazy times and this could change very quickly!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;-Mr. Smooze&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The last two can be read in a night, the 1st one (one of my favorites) is a little longer. Go out and get them and enjoy!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

If you don't have a written business plan what are you going to refer to when business is not what it once was? Your plan should include things such as, your annual goals in volume &amp;amp; commissions, your top referral sources, your expense budget. Once you have all of the information you need on an annual basis, calculate what you need on a monthly or weekly basis to meet your goals. CREATE YOUR BUSINESS PLAN&lt;/p&gt;

It works the same with your customers they will start noticing more people looking to buy or sell a house when they are buying or selling a house, why wait to closing to ask for referrals?       <title>Who say's the economy is bad?</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;My son's birthday is coming up this week, he is turning four, so I went to Toys R Us on Kingston Pike here in Knoxville, TN&amp;nbsp;over the weekend and to my suprise it was a complete mad house. I had to park a couple stores down and walk and inside was no better, there were people everywhere, in every isle buying things. Imagine that... If you listened to the media you would think that stores hadn't had a customer in months.. Down the street at the mall the parking lot was very full as well, I didn't go into the mall but have talked to some people that did visit on Saturday and they said the same thing, people were out in force and buying.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I guess the moral to my story is don't&amp;nbsp;believe everything the media says,&amp;nbsp;they sale negativity. After all who wants to watch the news and hear somthing good, or buy a paper and hear about all the good things that are still going on? You would think there is none, but in reality many good things are still happening.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My advice to everyone (for what it's worth) is to limit the amount of news and negativity in your life,read what you have to and nothing more. Your attitude is one of the main contributers of your success. If you have a bad attitude, you know the &quot;whoa is me&quot; attitude, you will more than likely fail. CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE and great things can happen.&lt;/p&gt;
