Short Sale in Charlotte

I have a short sale listing and I am having a hard time with getting the lender to take an offer on this home it has had a BPO done and I can't get them to budge on the price at all I have ahd 5 offers on the table and they have not taken one of them. I am a few weeks from the courthouse steps and need to get this puppy under contract.

Everytime we get an offer the lender sends for another BPO and delays the process. Is there anything that I can do?

Stated Loan Programs

I am sure that everyone has heard of all of the changes in the mortgage industry. My understanding is that the STATED PROGRAMS are going to be a thing of the past for clients seeking 100% financing. Is that what you have been told?
