Hello, I'm a Keller Williams agent in Longwood. Lived in Seminole County for over 23 years. I'm looking to step up my business and this looks like a great place to get ideas.

Hi - getting motivated after 3 weddings

I'm an agent for Keller Williams in Longwood, FL. I have been working only part time because three of my four daughters have or will be getting married this year. I've made contact with a couple Active Rain members which has spurred me to get more involved. So, here I am. Blessings to all you other hard working agents!

This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom ranch home has been lovingly cared for since it's "birth" by the same couple. It has a lovely lake view and backs up to the Lake, but you can only get access from the public entrance. You get the best of both world, you can see the lake and not pay for the upkeep! :-)

There have been many improvements that you can't see, like plumbing (pipes and fixtures), water heater. This home has a nice open split floor plan with TWO porches. One screened and one that opens onto a nice wood deck to enjoy the yard. Their are fruit trees and mature landscaping.

Definitely worth looking at if you have anyone in the $200k price range!!!

Weddings

Aren't weddings exciting? I feel like I have another area of expertise: wedding planning. This year 3 of my daughters are getting married. My oldest was married on February 9th, my second daughter on May 18th and my third daughter is getting married on September 8th. It's a lot like doing a real estate transacation. Lots of high emotions, working with several vendors and a couple to coordinate the "closing". Both are very happy events when coordinated well. I'll have to put some pictures up so you can see how wonderful the weddings were. Now for the ... happily ever after, right?
