Discovered this company that buys owner carried notes and allows the seller to sell their propery in 2 weeks. They are cash buyers and close in the 10 days. I have discovered that the trick is to have 13% to 20% equity in the property and they will by the property and sell the note at closing for a profit.

This helps the home owner wanting or needing a sell, Real Estate Agents, Mortgage brokers, home buyers and investors. Because it is private money they allow lower credit scores to be approved, based on someone I processed they were at 545 and they were approved.
