      <description>&lt;p&gt;Amongst everything else there is yet another hurdle that needs to be addressed.&amp;nbsp; The question came into my email system in the end of December and now continues to finds its way back to me each week.&amp;nbsp; That question is: is the condo project approved, either by Fannie Mae or FHA?&lt;/p&gt;
