Just incase you are not familiar with this part of South Charlotte, here is a little information. Ballantyne is located 15-20 minutes outside of uptown Charlotte and Just down the road from Matthews. Homes in the area range from the 100K to well over 5 million dollars. Ballantyne has a natural mix of cluster, new construction, and executive homes as well as a healthy mix of town-homes and condos. Ballantyne has all kinds of new shopping, dining and mixed use developments. My 3 favorite neighborhoods in Ballantyne are South Hampton Commons , Ardrey Woods, and Bridgehampton.

Last week I wrote a Charlotte condo blog about uptown and downtown Charlotte Condos. This week my focus will be South Charlotte condos. Most of these south Charlotte condos are around the well established areas of Dilworth, Cherry, Myers Park and South Park. As you can see we are passionate about our Charlotte condos and have specific loft and condo agents that are available to assist you in your Charlotte real estate purchase.

Selwyn Park is just a hope skip and a jump away from Dilworth, Cherry and South Park! homes in Selwyn Park have sold for the low 200's all the way up to the middle 600's. If I wanted to be the listing agent and Make myself the Neighborhood agent for Selwyn Park I would build many free web sites like this one to build a web presence just in-case a smart consumer OR a seller in the neighborhood followed the law of numbers and did research on the worls wide web.

Wesley Heights is a neighborhood to watch closely. It is located in Charlotte's up and coming northwest side. Just a stones throw from Downtown; Wesley Heights offers a great location along with a history of rapidly appreciating real estate prices. The Neighborhood was developed in the 1920's and Homes range from Craftsman bungalows, Tudors and Colonial revival styles. Wesley heights is part of the National Register Historic district.
