      <title>A More Thoughtful Christmas This Year</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I'm sure there have been and will continue to be blogs about &quot;The Real Meaning of Christmas&quot;. These blogs will pick apart the materialistic practice that this wonderful holiday has become. There will be christian based posts and not so christian posts by folks who do not like or celebrate Christmas by choice or because of religious beliefs.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Keeping all of these topics out of it .... I have to say how much these &quot;Meager&quot; Christmas' mean to me.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When money is flowing consistantly there isn't much thought into &quot;What&quot; we buy; if it's a new, techie toy, gadget or thing-ama-jig we just get it without much thought as to what the receiver REALLY wanted for Christmas.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When money is snug and thought HAS to be used and I find that my gift selection is SPOT-ON! I get shrieks and &quot;You're awesome mom&quot; or &quot;How thoughtful of you, I really wanted that&quot;. So if I had to choose between an unending flow of MONEY for Christmas and a Meager one .... I truly would choose a meager one.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;you paid rent on your principal place of residence, &lt;strong&gt;and&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The deadline for receipt of pre-applications is December 11, 2008 at 4:00 PM Eastern Time.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Subject to availability of funding, the Agency plans to award approximately 20 new fellowships by July 31, 2009.&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Can Indiana Real Estate Agents Get In Trouble For Doing BPOs?</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I am getting such conflicting information on this issue that I decided to bring it to the ARCentury 21 Network.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I called our local board of realtors and received permission to do BPO work. The only stipulation was that my Broker had to approve each BPO and that we had to follow USPAP laws (USPAP laws are the same set up that an Appraiser has to follow) and we have done that.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I've been doing these for about a year since getting the go ahead from our board and while&amp;nbsp;it isn't great money, it's a steady stream of &quot;Gas Money, Open House Gifts &amp;amp; Marketing Material&quot;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Well recently I was told that it's against Indiana Real Estate Law - so now I'm just not sure what I can or cannot do?&amp;nbsp; It seems silly that I cannot do them --- I'm good at it and unless I have like 10 to do I have them done in less than 24 hours. I'm in my 3rd year and feel I have been in real estate long enough to know how to do these correctly (or I wouldn't do them).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So Anyway ... thank you for your input on this. &lt;br /&gt;If you have links to proof of your view on it please share them.&lt;/p&gt;
