MLS Listing - My Most Recent Photos

http://itech.rapmls.com/scripts/mgrqispi.dll?APPNAME=Itech&PRGNAME=MLSLogin&ARGUMENT=EKS%2F2aNfo8yX98urRNVVNk5%2BZwgK781mLFlvn8Fm3Tk%3D&KeyRid=1&Include_Search_Criteria=

I wanted to share these photos with everyone.

I used two lights, one of which was a softbox. I used an 18-55mm lens on my Nikon D70s.

I used the barn door light to bounce off the ceiling and positioned the softbox in the general area I'm shooting from, to avoid strong shadows being seen from my angle. I did not flash.

Hope that's helpful when you're taking your own photos.

Thank you!

Michelle Obama

I couldn't help but wonder, while watching Michelle Obama at the NDC, if she will be waxed, buffed, plucked, nipped and tucked, just as every other first lady, until she eventually looks like Beyonce', who looks like Barbie.

Creepy.

And...did it occur to anyone else that if you just switch the "B" to an "S", and ad "La", in Obama Biden, you get Osama Bin Laden?

Creepy.

I think I need a stiff Martini.

How's your night going?

NEW MEMBER

Hello everyone!

I work with Realtors in Southern California every day and love my work.

I am available to the Active Rain Realtors in Southern California.

When it comes to your image and your images, such as real estate photography and head shots, I am experienced and passionate about providing the best possible quality for the best possible value.

I provide make up and digital retouching, as well as custom graphic design and web design services.

Aside from that, many Realtors have turned to me for photography and other services for the charitable causes they are involved in. I welcome these inquiries and commend Realtors, as a community, for being so active in cause-driven organizations.

Thank you!
Jennifer

YOUR Curb Appeal

Realtors know all about it. Curb Appeal.

All your life you've been told you never get a second chance to make a first impression. This is the concept behind Curb Appeal and it goes for your professional image, as well. When you meet new prospetive clients and buyers, you are presenting yourself in the most professional way you know how. Just as you are a professional at helping people sell their homes, there are professionals who specialize in helping sell YOU.

YOUR curb appeal is my business. I regularly see great looking people disguised in last decade's drab clothes, outdated hair and unprofessional makeup. I meet professionals who are good at what they do but are so consumed with their work and personal lives that they let their professional presentation slide and are using five-year-old photos on their business cards. They are losing deals to newcomers who have a fresh look and crisp confidence.

These are qualities that can be attained and regained at any stage in your career. Young professionals are hungry and have a brand new wardrobe, fresh cut and current look. When they talk about current trends, many people believe them based on their current professional image, even if they have never made a sale.

If you are a seasoned professional or new to the business world, it is time to call in a professional to check YOUR curb appeal. Get your look current. Start your roadmap to a professional makeover that accentuates you as you are now, not ten years ago. Update your cut, color and your makeup. Ask a professional for advice.

Times have changed. Give the lasting impression that you know trends and can make everyone, including yourself, a lot of money.
