This was a listing sent to one of my clients...the listing price is currently 85 million...do you think the guy could afford spell check for that price????

Gee...if I were that worried then I wouldn't put the code in the MLS to begin with. I don't know but it seems to me that professionalism, courtesy and respect are seemingly lost in this difficult market that we are in.
