Wild Burros and Antelope near Seligman Arizona

There are many wild burros in northern Arizona. These are leftover from the prospecting days, descendents of those left behind when miners of old passed away or left the area. I know where many of the burros live and enjoy taking their pictures when I see them.

Sometimes they are obliging and pose for me.

We the informed people must take a stand and speak out for what is right. As a group, we are stronger because the truth will set us free.

If we are in a revolution, I want to be standing and fighting, not sitting idly by and to let our country be sold out to those who would destroy it. The primary goal that I have is to

GET THE CORRUPTION OUT of all levels of our Government. I believe all of us are sick of the LIES!

A few weeks ago, I put up a website at http://PrescottThinker.com The content there is somewhat stale, but I have been interrupted by some real estate success in the last few weeks. My goal for this website is to make it show how local issues are connected to our national issues. If you want to read about the connections in your local area, check out the website put up by Freedom Advocates.

I bought some new domains:

TheRevolutionof2010.com, .org, .info, and .net as well as Revolutionof2010 with the same extensions. Content will be in only one place with the other domains simply directing traffic to the one with content. The City of Prescott is the home of conservative thinking in Arizona! Maybe we can get Sarah Palin to come here to launch the Revolution of 2010! We are working on an Enlistment Form to allow site visitors to enlist in the militia and to indicate skills and ways each volunteer can serve. We hope to publicise with The Minutemen, NRA, churches and other conservative groups.

I am still "fleshing out" the plans for this website. I am working on building a team of high-profile people to support the idea. Many politicians starting with Barry Goldwater have launched their political campaigns on the steps of the courthouse in Prescott. What better place to launch a revolution!

WhereIsMyCongressman.info -- I hope to make this website into a blog with a lot of supporting information, much of which will be from RSS feeds and links to authoritative websites. Since our local congressmen as well as those from across all the states are avoiding public appearances, the plan is to allow people who are aware of appointments and schedules to let the rest of us know so we can appear where they will be.

I also bought AZDistrict1.info. My plan for this one is to post material about each candidate, including what we want to say about Ann Kirkpatric. I went to a Republican candidate forum last Friday night at ERAU. This forum was moderated by Arizona Secretary of State, Ken Bennet and the candidates present were Rusty Bowers, Bradley Beauchamp, and Paul Gosar. I plan to upload these to Youtube and organize them on AZDistrict1.info. I plan to add contacts for local groups on a town-by-town basis.

I am seeking authors and contributors to these websites. If any of you are interested, please let me know and I will get you set up as authors. Please keep in mind that these websites are just getting started, so they are all lacking in organization.

All of these websites are hosted by me on a shared server. All are Wordpress Blogs, so we have full control over content. My pattern is that of the North Houston Tea Party Patriots. Prescott AZ RV Neighborhoods

The City of Prescott and the nearby Town of Prescott Valley has several RV (Recreational Vehicle) neighborhoods. Since Prescott is a terrific place to retire, Recreational Vehicle (RV) enthusiasts may want to move here with their RVs and many will want to park their RVs at their home. Only a few neighborhoods are RV friendly.

If you are not aware, Prescott started as a mining town with the discovery of gold and it became the territorial capital of Arizona in 1864. It grew quickly after the Civil War. During that time many Victorian and Midwestern style homes were built. Prescott is known as "Everyone's Hometown" as it has a wonderfull feel of being a place everyone wants to live. Prescott's Historic Courthouse and plaza is a landmark that has been named to the top ten public places.

Ft. Whipple was established here in the early days as a post to protect the miners from the Indians. Ft. Wipple is now the home of The Stump Veterans Hospital. At an elevation of 5,300 ft, Prescott has 5 seasons and, we believe, the best climate in all of Arizona, if not the entire country.

Perhaps the most RV-friendly neighborhood in Prescott proper is Pinion Oaks in north Prescott. This neighborhood is located at the north edge of Prescott at the intersection of Willow Creek Road and Pioneer Parkway. There is no home owner association in this development, and the lot sizes and general layout of many of the lots are well-suited to parking a large RV in the yard adjacent to the home. Many lots actually have an RV gate on one side of the house.

A few neighborhoods have an RV storage yard. If this works for you, consider Hidden Valley Ranch and Tanglewood Hills in Prescott.

Prescott Valley is nearby and is presently experiencing rapid growth. Prescott Valley is about 100 years newer than Prescott in that it was founded in 1965. Much of the growth in the quad cities area is now happening in Prescott Valley. The most RV-friendly neighborhoods in Prescott Valley are Mingus West NE of town on Highway 89A leading to Jerome, AZ, Unit 20, now named Superstition Hills, in Prescott Valley at the far east edge of Prescott Valley.

In Dewey-Humboldt, Prescott Country Club with its public golf course is definitely a Prescott Area RV friendly neighborhood.

In Chino Valley, Apaloosa Meadows is definitely worth consideration. Lot sizes in this neighborhood are adequate and the home owners association (HOA) allows freedom in the storage of RVs at individual homes.

There are other neighborhoods that may accommodate your RV, but it will be expedient if you seek the assistance of a real estate agent who is experienced with the issues related to RV parking. If you want a more-rural setting, there are plenty of areas that will permit RV parking.

Granite Mountain and Williamson Valley near Prescott, Arizona

When we list view properties in the area of Prescott, Arizona, Granite Mountain is a view that everyone wants to see. Williamson Valley Road, aka Yavapai County Road 5, runs north and a little west from Iron Springs Road west of Prescott. There are several upscale neighborhoods in Williamson Valley. The most notable of these are American Ranch, a gated, equistrian community, Talking Rock Ranch, a gated and guarded golf community. Williamson Valley Ranch, Mint Creek Ranch, Whispering Canyon, and Inscription Canyon Ranch are also quite nice.Here are some scenes of Granite Mountain:

This home is adjacent to The Prescott National Forest and is close as one can get to Granite Mountain.

God Has Blessed Me with Closed Transactions in the Prescott Area

The year 2009 has been a good and God has blessed me with a GREAT year. I have closed 15 transactions in the areas of Prescott, Prescott Valley, and Seligman Areas. See the list of what I sold. If you want land with trees and views, do not overlook these properties near Seligman, Arizona. Three major developments are in the area: Sierra Verde Ranch, Shadow Rock Ranch, and Juniper Mountain Ranches. All three were developed around 36 acre minimum lot sizes. Terrain ranges from flat grassland to rugged mountains with rock outcroppings and numerous Pinion Pine and Juniper Trees. The elevation ranges from around 5,000 ft to 6,200 feet. Prices for parcels of 36 acres and up range from around $1,100 per acre up to about $2,500 per acre.

When I was growing up, we often heard Get it while the Getin's Good! as an expression that it was an offer that should not be refused. I believe that certainly applies to vacant land in Yavapai County. I have one listing for a 5-acre building site that is a terrific buy. No Such Thing As Seller's Market....

In today's market and from my experience, there is one important fact that I have learned... There is no such thing as a Seller's Market. There is only a Good Buyer's Market and a Bad Buyer's Market. The seller may set the asking price, however, I have come to realize that the seller does not set the selling price anymore, the buyer does.
