WELL, HERE IT IS ALMOST THANKSGIVING AND IT LOOKS TO BE A LONG WINTER. ...A TRICKY TIME TO BE IN REAL ESTATE........HOWEVER, I BELIEVE THAT THE WORLD STILL TURNS AND HOMES ARE STILL BEING BOUGHT AND SOLD AS PEOPLE STILL HAVE JOB CHANGES, FAMILY MEMBERS COMING AND GOING, RETIREMENTS, MARRIGES, BLENDED FAMILIES...ETC...AND WE MUST JUST CONDUCT BUSINESS AS USUAL AND NOT GIVE THE REAL ESTATE MARKET THE DOOMED STIGMA IT IS RECIEVEING IN THE MEDIA. Welcome to SOUTH COAST Massachusetts. If you were going to put your money into something that in 5 years would prove to be a great investment.........this is it! REAL ESTATE! It's a great time to think about moving to an area that offers everything the east coast has to offer. Here in Mattapoisett we are on Buzzards Bay. We're below Cape Cod traffic, 1 hour from Boston and 1/2 hour to Providence. 45 min. Fast Ferry to Martha's Vineyard! [See photo of Mattapoisett Harbor below.] These towns also have water properties on Buzzards Bay, Wareham, Onset, Marion, Fairhaven and Dartmouth. We have listings in all these towns.

I'm interested in hearing what first timers to this area think about it. If you have any comments or questions I'd love to hear them.
