Down payment assistance of up to 22% of teh cost of a home in the city of El Monte. Assistance is offered in the form of soft second loans to household that has not owned a home in the last three yeras.
To qualify for this program, a household must have an annual income that is 80% or less of the HUD-specified median income based on family size.
