Taking my buyer out on my HUMMER. They love it, from the granny to the two year old. I invite them to ride with me and they never say no. Many of the never road a hummer and when they get in, they can't believe how big it is inside and how well it rides. I want my customer to feel comfortable and safe while making that big decision. Your photo represent ever thing about your image. Is your image that you are looking for what your business is describing you as. A professional picture says a lot about how you represent your self. If you don't want a pro to do it you can do it your self, just make sure you have a good back ground and dress to impress, nothing like that first impression. You can also optimize you photo and even take a few year off, get rid of that scare you had when you were rolling with the gangs.

When downloading you photo to the Internet you can optimize you photo. The two main graphic file formats used on the web are GIF (Graphic Interchange Format) and JPEG (Joint Photographic Experts Group), treat picture compression in different ways.

The GIF File Format
GIF is the most common format for graphic images on the Internet. GIFs are based on indexed colors, which is a palette of at most 256 colors. GIF files are great for small icons and animated images, but lack the color range to be used for high-quality photos.

The JPEG File Format JPEG images are not limited to a certain amount of color, like GIF images are. Therefore, the JPEG format is best for compressing photographic images. JPEG is a "lossy" format, which means that some quality is lost when the image is compressed. If the image is overly compressed, it becomes noticeably pixelated.

Deal or No Deal

Some time I feel like shaving my head completely and putting on two ear rings, just to see if I can make that transaction work. It work for Howey, but I don't now if it will work for me. I love the show, it the beginning of week and I sit down on Sunday to watch it, am ready to go to the office to make that Deal. On Monday if the day was rough, I can sit down again and get another dose. I even like it so much I bought the DVD game version.
I think if you pick your favorite number in the first six case you have a bigger chance of picking that high number. The favorite number should be left for last. I am sure that in the application process they ask you for information about your self and that is wear they put the big amounts in.

How about that 10,000 dog house. It seem hard to believe but not far from it. Now a days that is a fair price to pay for the pouches house. Some people will spend no limit for their dog or cat. Hm mm I wonder what the commission is on that, now a days that might be the way to make end meet in this Real Estate market we are in.

There are several ways, one way is to go and get a domain with a keyword on it. For me this is the way I did it.
I went and bought tesoroclubinpsl.com, tesoro club is a luxury community and PSL is short for Port St Lucie. Then I put in my keyword in the back of the site and put verb age with the keywords on the front of site describing tesoro club and last I submitted my site to Google, its Free. My fiancee and I went to a free concert at the Town Hall of Tradition in Port St Lucie. Featuring the Latin Jazz Legend Sammy Figueroa and his Latin Jazz Explosion. The entire concert was phenominal and went on for 2 1/2 hours.

The band consisted of well accomplished musicians from all around the world. A piano player, Mike Orta; bass player, Gabriel Vive; sax player, Troy Roberts; drummer, Goetz Kujack and of course Sammy Figueroa the master percussionist.

These concerts are offered at Tradition each month, it's home to special events and keeping with the hometown spirit of Tradition.
