My name is Peggy and I'm a Real Estate Professional Assistant. I'm working with a realtor that has asked me to do some research on a good Link Manager Program. I was wondering if anyone here any suggestions on the best one to use.

I would also like your views on the use of link manager programs. Do they really work, or is old fashioned personal contact the better option?

I recently came across a website called HouseBuz, where sellers and sellers agents can list their property FREE. Visitors to the site are able to search for a property by location, size or other relevant features.

Other options of HouseBuz include:

Advertising your business by marketing in a specific ZIP code(s) ($9.95/ZIP code/month).
Upgrading your listing to a featured listing on HouseBuz.com ($9.95/ZIP code/month).

If you are a seller or sellers representative and want to place an AD on Housebuz, you must register. If you are a potential buyer, you may want to register to have access to our additional features such as keeping track of ADs that meet your criteria.
